I am not one of those who goes quoting wise sayings.
But this one really made sense when I read it. It’s from the Dalai Lama. Ok, forget his religion for a minute….I never talk about religion anyway, any religion, as it causes more hassle than it solves, but what he says makes logical sense:
“The Dalai Lama, when asked about what surprises him in his life, answered “Man”. Because man sacrifices his health to make money. then he sacrifices his money to recover his health. Then he worries about his future so much, that he cannot enjoy the present. The result being that he doesn’t live in the present or the future. He lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never lived”
